ck45 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and ck45 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ck45.io.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the ck45 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and associated funds may be confiscated pending investigation.

2.3 Registration Requirements

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

ck45 supports deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. The platform does not process deposits in any foreign currency. All displayed amounts use the ৳ Taka symbol followed by Western Arabic numerals.

5. Withdrawals

7. Sports Betting Rules

Account Closure by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure, after satisfaction of all wagering obligations, will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Account Closure by ck45: ck45 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
